Getting There

We encourage the use of public transport wherever possible as parking near Emanuel synagogue is often a challenge.

Train: Bondi Junction is the closest train station to the festival grounds. From there it is an easy 10-minute walk to Emanuel synagogue. Alternatively, a taxi or Uber will only cost a few dollars.

Buses: The 389 runs frequently in both directions from Bondi Junction train station to opposite the synagogue (corner Queen and Ocean St stop).

There are also many buses that run along Oxford Street (including 352) that stop near the corner of Ocean St, Woollahra.

Driving: Aside from the surrounding streets there is plenty of free parking in Centennial Park. Please be aware however that the gates close at sunset. For more information on parking in Centennial Park, visit:

Disabled Access: There is a small area in front of the synagogue for drop off and pick up of disabled or elderly, but this will also be used for artists and equipment drop off, so please only use if absolutely necessary.

From the Ocean St entrance there is disabled access including wheelchair access to all the festival stages.
